Chapter VIII: Wild Origin
24–27 October 2027
Fairmont Mayakoba, Mexico
The bold side of luxury travel
When the industry’s most brilliant minds meet, things are bound to get interesting. This is business, but not as usual.
Business needs room to roam
All eyes on the Americas. Chapter VIII will welcome our largest-ever representation of buyers from across North, South and Latin America.
Mornings bring you up to 45 pre-scheduled meetings with the names you want across the table. After that, things get less predictable. Power Hour takes networking entirely off-script, while afternoons and festival nights have a habit of making sure the right people cross paths, every time.

Mornings: for your next move
Up to 45 meetings across three days. Imagine where they could lead. Your personalised schedule puts you face-to-face with the people you’ve chosen to meet, while smart matchmaking works behind the scenes to make every single conversation count.

Afternoons: for your curiosity
Where the pull of something new gets the better of you. Follow a partner-hosted Pathway out into the Riviera Maya, ditch the pitch and meet the person behind the brand at Power Hour, or head to the Festival on the Beach, where who you meet is only half the fun.

Evenings: for your wild side
When the sun goes down, TFest turns up. The settings change, the conversations flow, and the people you meet across the table become the ones you stay out late with. One thing’s for sure: you’ll leave with a few stories worth telling.

Where the wild things are
Fairmont Mayakoba is the official home of TFest, and we couldn’t imagine a better one.
Here, nature has always been allowed to do things its own way.
Lush jungle sits on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other. Mangroves, lagoons and hidden cenotes come with the territory. Snorkel the Mesoamerican Reef, tee off on a championship golf course or tap into centuries of Maya culture.
There’s plenty here to tempt you.
What people are saying
