We designed this campaign to help our clients keep their clients engaged; to increase our clients’ product knowledge, help them review the products they’re selling, and get offers, flexible cancellation policies and payment terms in place for when they’re back in business.
We’re working with resorts to help reduce the impact of COVID-19 by getting postponements instead of cancellations whenever possible, and putting together exclusive, special offers to help them start getting business just as soon as possible.
Another initiative is CORONA DRIVE – a Google drive where our clients can access news from the destination, new offers, cancellation policies, amendment policies and booking incentives.
We’re working to increase our clients’ product knowledge in a few ways. Our weekly webinar – the Virtual Fam Trip – explores a beautiful, new destination each time, and is joined by 150+ agents every week. Our story-led newsletters are another way for our clients to engage their clients and get them excited about the destination.
We’ve been active on social media as well, populating our YouTube channel with virtual tours of hotels, recipes and videos of the team. We’re also publishing new blog articles weekly and highlighting some incredible and unique hotels on our Instagram account.
We’re using this time to converse with our agents one-on-one and help them review their products. With so many new products in the market, and so many changes in the air, it’s a good time to think about what will really sell, and what travellers will be looking for when we come out of this.
Together, these initiatives have helped our clients to look to the future, leave the door open, and stay engaged and inspired during this time of difficulty. We want to be ready, so that when travel opens up again, we’re right there, on track and able to come back stronger than ever!
